These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b58q ("b58q", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at b58q.vip. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the b58q platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, promotions, and any other services offered by b58q.

• "Real Funds" means PKR deposited by the Player directly from their own financial accounts or mobile wallets, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by b58q to confirm a Player's eligibility and identity before processing certain transactions or at b58q's discretion.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour described in Section 8 of this Agreement that is expressly forbidden on the b58q Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency used on the b58q Platform for Pakistani players.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the b58q Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. b58q reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If b58q determines that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any Real Funds will be returned to the Player in accordance with applicable procedures.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the b58q Platform. Creating or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method, or the same device — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, b58q reserves the right to suspend or close all such Accounts and to void any associated Balances.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions. The b58q Platform is intended for use by players accessing the service from jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of b58q complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. b58q makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

3.5 Self-Exclusion. b58q will not knowingly allow registration or continued access to any individual who has previously self-excluded from the b58q Platform or any affiliate platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register.

4.1 Verification Process. b58q operates under an international gaming licence and is required to verify the identity and age of its players. As part of the KYC process, b58q may request copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Verification Triggers. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, before processing a withdrawal request, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at b58q's discretion for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or player protection.

4.3 Withdrawal Hold. b58q reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing will not be completed until all required documents have been submitted and approved.

4.4 Document Security. All identity documents submitted to b58q are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. b58q accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. The availability of specific payment methods may change at b58q's discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. b58q is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or circumstances outside b58q's reasonable control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes following KYC clearance and internal review. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 1–3 business days. b58q reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts, bank accounts, or mobile wallets that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.

5.5 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the b58q Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player verification status.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on the b58q Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b58q does not apply any hidden currency conversion fees on PKR transactions through Pakistani payment channels.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by b58q are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are stated clearly within each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. b58q reserves the right to determine a Player's eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus or promotions system — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, placing opposing bets, or creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account suspension.

6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry deadlines stated in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed or un-wagered Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry.

6.6 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions. b58q reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will not be adversely affected by changes made after the point of claim.

7.1 RNG Certification. All b58q casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are powered by independently certified RNG systems. The fairness and statistical integrity of each game is verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

7.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, b58q reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Account. b58q's decision in relation to game malfunctions is final.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the stated latency and cut-off conditions for each market.

7.4 Result Disputes. Any dispute regarding game outcomes or sports betting results must be submitted to b58q customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. b58q will investigate all disputes in good faith; however, b58q's determination following investigation is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b58q Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the b58q Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing or transacting using payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent game mechanics, betting markets, or promotional systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Impersonating any other person or misrepresenting your identity to b58q.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical systems underlying the b58q Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, in contravention of local law.

All content on the b58q Platform — including but not limited to the b58q brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of b58q or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any b58q intellectual property without the prior written consent of b58q. Any unauthorised use of b58q intellectual property will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

10.1 No Warranty. The b58q Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b58q makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b58q shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the b58q Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In any event where b58q is found liable to a Player, b58q's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

10.4 Force Majeure. b58q shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, governmental actions, power outages, or third-party payment processor failures.

b58q collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at b58q.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

b58q will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required to do so by applicable law, by the terms of our gaming licence, or to facilitate payment processing via your chosen PKR payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank).

12.1 Amendments. b58q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your b58q Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Funds Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met.

12.3 Termination by b58q. b58q reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, where b58q is required to do so by law or regulatory authority, or where b58q determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b58q holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with b58q customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority under whose licence b58q operates.
